Ordering

All of our products are made to order. To secure your confirmed order, we require full payment prior to pick-up or delivery.

 

Food and Produce

​

Please be aware that all boards are a mix of high quality cheeses, charcuterie, gourmet crisps, nuts, fresh fruit and vegetables, olives, and other accoutrements. This is subject to availability and what is currently in season. While we make every effort to accommodate all dietary requirements, this may not always be possible. Pricing may also vary.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances well in advance. Our products are not prepared in an allergen-free environment as there is a risk of cross-contact. Anyone with a food allergy should refrain from consuming our products.

Our staff has met all current food hygiene and handling requirements.  All food should be consumed within 1 hour of delivery if left unrefrigerated. After this time, Milk & Honey Charcuterie, LLC will not be accountable for the freshness of the food.

Limitation of Liability

The limitations on liability set out below will not apply to any claim which is the consequence of fraud, dishonesty, willful concealment, willful misrepresentation or gross negligence by or on behalf of Milk & Honey Charcuterie, LLC. Milk & Honey Charcuterie, LLC will under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any special, indirect or consequential losses arising out of this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that Milk & Honey Charcuterie maximum aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall in all circumstances be limited to the aggregate value of the invoice issued to the customer by Milk & Honey Charcuterie, LLC under this Agreement.
